A cake smash session is a great fun and a unique way for you to record your baby’s first birthday. Kids just love getting messy so throw out the rule book and have some fun!
These sessions last around an hour and start off with some images of your baby on their own with some props.
Then comes the cake! Messy hands, feet and even faces end up being pushed into the icing making for some wonderful images.
Our advice is for mom & dad to wear some old clothes as everyone tends to get a little cake on them!
The session includes a lovely bubble bath in one of my tub’s to clean up. (For the baby not the adults!)
We will capture some lovely bath tub photographs to finish off the session.
Options
You can book your cake smash session at any time. If you choose option three we usually need at least three weeks notice so that we can arrange for the cake to be made.
Most cake smash sessions are at weekends or evenings so both moms and dads can get involved so availability is limited.
Any food intolerance’s or allergies should be shared at the time of booking.
